US government shutdown ends without border wall funding

US President Donald Trump succumbed to political pressure, signing a deal which funds federal agencies for three weeks.

Trump had previously vowed to reject any budget that it didn't included funding for a US-Mexico border wall.

However the deal, which was signed late on Friday, does not includes any money he demanded for what was one of his biggest campaign pledges.
