The Proteas passed their target of 204 with 48 balls remaining.
Andile Phehlukwayo was Player of the Match after taking four wickets for 22 runs with the ball, before ending on 75 not out with the bat.
It ties the five-match series at 1-1, with game three taking place in Centurion on Friday.
