Air Arabia has introduced a fee waiver policy in light of the current travel restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The low-cost carrier is offering passengers the flexibility to modify their travel bookings without charge and reissuance fees.
Customers will be able to change their existing and new bookings made until March 31 for travel until December 31, up to 72 hours prior to departure.
This applies to all flights across the Air Arabia network from its four hubs in the UAE, Morocco and Egypt.
Air Arabia’s dedicated call centres and sales offices are available to assist customers with their bookings and enquiries.
