Nakheel has partnered with Hilton Worldwide to manage a new hotel at Jumeirah Village Triangle. The Dubai developer has signed a letter of intent with the hotel chain for the 18-storey property. The 256-room hotel will be managed under the Double Tree by Hilton brand, which caters to business and leisure travelers. It will be linked to Al Khail Avenue, a mall that will house 350 shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets.
