The UAE struck 12 deals worth AED 8.14 billion on the second day of the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) and the Naval Defence Exhibition (NAVDEX) in Abu Dhabi.
Tawazun Council, the procurement of the UAE Armed Forces, announced the signing of eight domestic deals worth AED 7.6 billion and four deals worth AED 543 million with international firms.
This takes the total value of deals signed over two days to AED 12.64 billion.
IDEX and NAVDEX runs until February 24 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
