The paid parking operator Parkin has signed a five-year agreement with DAMAC Properties to manage around 3,600 parking spaces across the developer’s communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The partnership will see Parkin handle over 500 on-street spaces in DAMAC Hills 1, along with about 2,700 spaces across 44 residential and commercial towers in key areas such as Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Business Bay and Al Reem Island.
The deal also marks Parkin’s first move into the Abu Dhabi parking sector.
Parkin says all locations will be integrated into its mobile app, allowing residents and visitors to access permits and parking services through a single platform.
The rollout begins in early 2026 and will include upgraded technology such as automatic number plate recognition and unified access systems.
Parkin CEO Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali said the agreement reflects the company’s long-standing expertise and supports its expansion beyond Dubai.
Mohammed Tahaineh, Chief Project Officer of DAMAC Properties, said the partnership will enhance convenience and improve the customer experience across its communities.
