Abu Dhabi will host the prestigious 2025 Pritzker Architecture Prize ceremony, marking a first for the UAE and the Middle East.
Announced by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the event highlights the city’s growing global role in architecture and culture.
The ceremony will take place alongside a public panel discussion at the Cultural Foundation on Saturday, May 3, featuring top Pritzker Laureates discussing the future of architecture and cultural expression.
As the world’s most esteemed recognition in the field of architecture, the Pritzker Architecture Prize honours living architects whose work demonstrates a combination of talent, vision and commitment.
Their contributions must show a consistent and significant impact on humanity and the built environment through the art of architecture.
