The UAE national team is participating in the World Wrestling Championship supervised by the International Wrestling Federation and the organization of the Hungarian Wrestling Federation.
The event is being held in Budapest, Hungary, and will continue until July 23.
The UAE team will compete in the under-17 age groups with player Khalifa Mohammed Al-Hafiti participating in the under-92 kg weight class, and Abdullah Rashid Al-Kayani participating in the under-61 kg weight class.
The team reportedly prepared for the championship at the Olympic Sports Center in Maadi in Cairo, with the participation of the Egyptian youth team, and the final internal camp, which was held at the Fujairah Martial Arts Club.
