H.H. Sheikh Hamdan launches Dubai-it Award

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, has launched the Dubai-it Award to honour "individuals, projects, companies and institutions that... transform bold ideas into exceptional achievements".

The award will be handed out every year "to celebrate achievement while inspiring the next generation of transformative success". 

In a post on social media platform X, Sheikh Hamdan highlighted that "Dubai-it means delivering something exceptional with excellence, speed and impact, transforming bold ideas into reality, ambition into achievement, and vision into results the world can see".

The concept, he explained, is "inspired by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai’s remarkable development journey".

"Dubai-it has become a philosophy of action that drives innovation and progress," Sheikh Hamdan added.
