The UAE says it remains fully prepared to respond to any emerging health situations, including developments related to Ebola.
The statement was issued following a meeting involving the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, and the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
Officials reviewed the country’s health surveillance systems, precautionary measures, and coordination efforts with local and international partners.
Authorities say monitoring and preparedness measures continue as part of the UAE’s proactive approach to protecting public health and ensuring healthcare facilities and medical teams remain ready to respond effectively when needed.
They also urged the public to rely on official sources for information and avoid spreading inaccurate reports.
