Residents of the UAE who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with both doses and who hold a vaccination certificate issued by the relevant authorities, can soon enter the European Union Member States restriction-free.

This would make travel between the UAE and European Union easier as certificates issued by the UAE are now equivalent to the EU Covid Certificate.

It makes UAE one of the first countries in the MENA region to achieve this.
