Eleven agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed as the inaugural Al Ain Future Business Forum concluded at ADNEC Centre Al Ain.
The two-day event brought together government entities, investors and businesses, with agreements aimed at supporting investment, entrepreneurship, innovation and economic development across Al Ain Region.
Organised by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, the forum focused on opportunities across sectors including infrastructure, tourism, finance, technology, industry, trade and logistics.
Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADDED, said the focus following the event would be on developing talent, attracting investment and creating further opportunities for businesses in Al Ain.
The forum also showcased upcoming projects and procurement opportunities for startups and small and medium-sized businesses, alongside discussions on healthcare, education, urban development and emerging industries.
Sessions also examined Al Ain's role in Abu Dhabi's developing economic clusters, including agri-food and water, autonomous vehicles, life sciences and financial technology.
