An attempted terrorist operation was thwarted last Wednesday in Saudi Arabia’s city of Dammam, after security forces shot dead two Saudi men.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the men were found with a car loaded with explosives on King Saud Street.
The identity of a third suspect is yet to be revealed due to ongoing investigations.
The Presidency of State Security reaffirmed that it continues to "pursue and track criminal elements who seek to undermine the security and stability of the homeland".
