COVID-19: 1,096 new cases in UAE from nearly 134,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 1,096 new cases of COVID-19 from 133,935 additional tests carried out nationwide.

Another 1,311 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tall to 97,284.

Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the death toll to 445.

A total of 106,229 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 8,500 are currently active.
