The RTA also confirmed that its customer happiness centres and service provider centres (technical testing) will be closed on January 1.

However, the smart customer happiness centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf and the RTA’s Head Office will operate as usual, around the clock.
