Construction companies in the UAE are facing a shortage of workers. That’s according to a report commissioned by the Big Five International Building and Construction Show in Dubai. While labourers are easy to recruit, engineers with technical skills are hard to find. But it’s not all bad news – the shortage is partly due to economic growth, with more money meaning more buildings.
